Terms & Conditions.

Last updated: 8 October 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Dharix One platform ("Platform"), operated by Dharix One, a sole proprietorship business based at 9/110, D-Block, Dinpur-Durgavihar, Najafgarh, New Delhi 110043, India ("Dharix One," "we," "us").

By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Dharix One is a platform that enables businesses ("Customers") to message and manage customers on the WhatsApp Business API, and on RCS Business Messaging and Email where we make them available ("Messaging"); automate conversations and workflows using AI ("AI Automation"); and capture, qualify, and route leads from advertising and web sources ("Lead Capture") — through official channel partners and the Dharix dashboard.

2. Channel Partner Relationships

Where you use the WhatsApp Business API through Dharix, we operate as a technology provider connecting your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) to Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform. By using this channel, you also agree to:

Where you use RCS Business Messaging through Dharix, we operate as a technology provider connecting your business to Google's RCS Business Messaging platform. By using this channel, you also agree to Google's RCS for Business Terms of Service: https://developers.google.com/business-communications/rcs-business-messaging/terms-and-policies/tos

Where you use the Email API through Dharix, messages are delivered using Dharix's underlying email infrastructure, hosted on Amazon Web Services. You remain responsible for complying with applicable anti-spam and data protection law, including India's Information Technology Act, 2000, for all sends.

Where you use Lead Capture features involving advertising campaigns, you are responsible for compliance with the relevant advertising platform's own policies (e.g., Meta Ads Policies, Google Ads Policies) in addition to these Terms.

Your WhatsApp Business Account, RCS agent registration, and email sending domains remain your property. Dharix holds the access necessary to operate these channels on your behalf solely to provide the Platform service, and you may revoke this access at any time by closing your account.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete registration information and keep your account credentials secure. You must be 18 years or older and authorized to bind your business to these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful business communication, and to comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy, Google's RCS Business Messaging policies, and standard email anti-spam law at all times. Full detail is set out in our Acceptable Use Policy.

You may not use the Platform to send unsolicited bulk messages, illegal or fraudulent content, or content prohibited under the policies of the underlying channel partners. This applies equally to messages sent manually and messages sent or triggered through AI Automation — automating a message does not exempt it from this policy. Violation may result in suspension without refund.

5. AI Automation

You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of the knowledge base content, prompts, and workflow rules you provide to the AI Automation feature, and for periodically reviewing AI-generated responses. Dharix is not responsible for business decisions made solely on the basis of an unreviewed AI-generated response.

6. Channel Charges

WhatsApp, RCS, and Email each carry usage charges set by the underlying channel partner — Meta for WhatsApp, Google for RCS, and Dharix's email infrastructure provider for Email. These charges are separate from your Dharix subscription fee.

WhatsApp (Meta)

WhatsApp messaging charges are billed directly by Meta to your WhatsApp Business Account. Dharix does not collect, handle, or mark up these charges. According to Meta's published pricing, as checked on 27 September 2026:

  • Meta charges per delivered template message, based on the message category (marketing, utility, or authentication) and the recipient's market.
  • Non-template messages sent within an open customer service window are free, and utility templates delivered within an open customer service window are also free.
  • In India, lower utility and authentication rates can apply through Meta's monthly volume tiers.

Meta sets and changes these rates, and Meta's current rate card always prevails over any description on this site. We do not list fixed rupee rates here because they change. See Meta's current rates at whatsappbusiness.com and the rate cards in Meta's developer documentation.

RCS and Email

RCS and Email usage charges are quoted separately. Dharix adds 0% markup to these charges.

7. Subscription and Billing

Dharix Core and Dharix Pro are billed quarterly or annually in Indian Rupees (INR), as set out in our Pricing Policy. Enterprise is quoted individually and billed under a separate agreement. Dharix One is not currently registered for GST; invoices are issued without GST. If GST registration becomes applicable in future, this section will be updated and GST will apply prospectively from that date.

Payments are one-time checkouts processed by Razorpay. Subscriptions do not renew automatically and no autopay mandate is created; you renew by making a new payment. Paid service ends when a paid term expires, with no grace period. Refund requests are handled under our Cancellation & Refund Policy at https://dharix.one/refund-policy.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy at https://dharix.one/privacy-policy. You are responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from your customers before messaging them through any channel on the Platform, and for the lawful sourcing of any leads you capture through Lead Capture features.

9. Service Availability

We aim for high monthly uptime on the Platform, excluding scheduled maintenance. We are not responsible for downtime caused by the underlying channel infrastructure (Meta's WhatsApp API, Google's RCS Business Messaging, our AWS-hosted email infrastructure, or third-party advertising platforms) or events outside our control.

10. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Dharix One. You retain ownership of your data. You grant Dharix a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Platform service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dharix's liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the amount you paid to Dharix in the 3 months preceding the claim. Dharix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from downtime, policy changes, or account actions by Meta, Google, our email infrastructure provider, or advertising platforms.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. Dharix may terminate immediately for breach of the Acceptable Use Policy or non-payment. Upon termination, your data is retained for 90 days then permanently deleted, unless you request earlier deletion.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time and will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes acceptance.
