What do I need to get started?

Is there really just one plan?

Yes. Dharix Core is the complete WhatsApp workspace for your team. Pro is Core bundled with AI Replies and Booking for less than adding them separately, Enterprise covers custom allowances, and everything else is an optional add-on you switch on only when you need it.

Question 3

How does the 15-day free trial work?

Accepted Answer

You get 15 days on the Core workspace with no card and no automatic billing. If Dharix is genuinely useful, choose quarterly or annual billing to continue. If it isn't, simply stop — there is nothing to cancel. One trial per business or WhatsApp number.

Question 4

What does Pro add to Core?

Pro includes everything in Core, plus AI Replies with 1,500 replies a month and the Booking module — at a lower price than buying those two add-ons separately. It suits any business type, not one particular industry.

Question 5

Are three sessions the same as three employees?

Accepted Answer

No. The limit is three simultaneous logins, not three named accounts. Invite your whole team; add concurrent sessions when more people or devices need to be signed in at the same time.

Can I run a separate workspace for another business?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Additional Core dashboards for the same verified owner are ₹4,497 quarterly or ₹14,990 a year, starting with their first payment. Add-ons on those dashboards are priced separately.

Can I pay monthly?

Accepted Answer

Plans are billed quarterly or annually — Dharix is built for businesses that are serious about WhatsApp. Monthly figures are shown only to make comparison easy. Annual billing gives you 12 months for the price of 10.

Question 8

Are WhatsApp messages included in my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Your subscription covers the Dharix workspace and any modules you add. Meta bills its messaging charges directly to your WhatsApp Business Account, based on message category and market. Dharix never collects or marks up those charges, and there is no Dharix wallet to recharge. Meta publishes its current rates at whatsappbusiness.com/products/platform-pricing.

Will you automatically debit my account at renewal?

No. Checkout is a one-time payment through Razorpay and never sets up an autopay mandate. You renew by making a new payment. Renew early and the new term simply starts after your current one.

Question 10

What happens if I don't renew on time?

Accepted Answer

Paid service stops when your term ends — there is no grace period. Renew whenever you're ready and a new term starts once payment is confirmed; you're never charged for the gap. Within 30 days of expiry, you can ask our team for a data export.

Do you charge GST?

Accepted Answer

Prices are in INR. Dharix One does not currently add GST; if that changes, it will appear in your quote before you pay. Your transaction receipt is in the dashboard, and the detailed invoice arrives separately by email.

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Refund requests are reviewed individually by our team — there is no automatic or self-service refund. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how to raise a billing concern.

Can I add or remove add-ons mid-term?

Accepted Answer

Yes. An add-on added mid-term is quoted for the remaining days, then renews with your plan. Removing one takes effect at the end of the term you've already paid for.

Question 14

Is catalog sync the same as Selling Bot?

Accepted Answer

No. Catalog sync is included in Core. Selling Bot adds the browse-to-cart-to-order journey inside WhatsApp, with 250 bot orders a month.

Question 15

Are webhooks and the Developer API the same thing?

Accepted Answer

No. Included outbound webhooks send events from Dharix to your systems. The Developer API lets your systems make authorised requests into Dharix, with its own metered monthly allowance.

Question 16

Do usage packs renew or roll over?

Accepted Answer

No. Packs are one-time top-ups valid for 90 days, used after your monthly allowance. Monthly allowances reset each month and don't carry over.

Are RCS, Email and Instagram included?

These prices cover the Dharix WhatsApp workspace. RCS, Email and Instagram are on our roadmap and not available yet; we'll announce pricing when each one launches.
