Acceptable Use Policy.

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of the Dharix One platform across all three pillars — Messaging, AI Automation, and Lead Capture. By using Dharix, you agree to comply with this policy at all times, in addition to the policies of the underlying channel partners: Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy, Google's RCS Business Messaging policies, standard email anti-spam regulations, and (where applicable) the advertising policies of Meta Ads or Google Ads.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Platform to send, generate, or facilitate:

Spam and Unsolicited Messages

  • Messages/emails to recipients who have not opted in to receive communications from your business.
  • Bulk sends with no legitimate business purpose.
  • Repeated messages after a recipient has asked to stop.
  • Automating any of the above through AI Automation or Lead Capture workflows — automation does not exempt a message from this policy.

Illegal or Harmful Content

  • Content that violates any applicable law or regulation.
  • Content that promotes or enables illegal activity.
  • Threats, harassment, or intimidating content.

Prohibited Business Categories

  • Weapons, firearms, or ammunition.
  • Tobacco or alcohol marketed to minors.
  • Adult content or services.
  • Multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes.
  • Gambling services (unless locally licensed and channel-approved).
  • Cryptocurrency trading or related financial instruments.
  • Fake goods, counterfeit products, or IP infringement.

Deceptive Practices

  • Impersonating any brand, individual, or government entity.
  • Phishing messages or fraudulent offers.
  • Misrepresenting the origin or nature of your messages, including presenting AI-generated messages as being from a human when this materially misleads the recipient in a harmful way.
  • Misleading or deceptive lead-capture ad creative.

Platform Abuse

  • Attempting to circumvent rate limits or access controls.
  • Probing or attacking Dharix's or its channel partners' infrastructure.
  • Sharing account credentials with unauthorized parties.
  • Feeding an AI Automation knowledge base with content designed to produce deceptive or harmful automated responses.

Enforcement

Dharix monitors usage for policy violations. We may issue a warning and require remediation, temporarily suspend your account pending investigation, or permanently terminate your account for serious or repeated violations. Violations may also be reported to the relevant channel or advertising partner (Meta or Google), which may independently restrict or disable your access to that platform. Suspension or termination for AUP violations does not entitle you to a refund.

If you believe another Dharix user is violating this policy, report it to hello@dharix.one.
