Pricing Policy.

This Pricing Policy summarizes how Dharix One prices and bills its WhatsApp workspace. Current plan details are always shown on our pricing page. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Plans and Fees

• Dharix Core — ₹1,999/month reference price, billed ₹5,997 quarterly or ₹19,990 annually.
• Dharix Pro (Core plus AI Replies and Booking) — ₹3,499/month reference price, billed ₹10,497 quarterly or ₹34,990 annually.
• Enterprise — custom quote, with billing terms agreed in that quote.

Billing Cycle

Plans are billed quarterly or annually; they are not billed month by month. Monthly figures are reference prices for comparison. A quarterly term costs three times the monthly reference price, and an annual term costs ten times it — twelve months for the price of ten.

Add-ons and Usage Packs

Optional add-ons (such as extra concurrent logins, extra WhatsApp numbers, AI Replies, Booking, Selling Bot, paid integrations and the Developer API) are priced per month for reference and charged for the same quarterly or annual term as your plan. Pro already includes AI Replies and Booking, so they are not charged again on Pro. One-time usage packs cost ₹499 each, are valid for 90 days and do not renew. Additional Core dashboards for a separate business owned by the same verified owner are ₹1,499/month reference price, billed quarterly or annually from their first payment.

Changes During a Term

An add-on added part-way through a term is quoted for the remaining days and then renews with your plan. Removing an add-on takes effect at the end of the term already paid for. Changes between quarterly and annual billing take effect at your next renewal.

Free Trial

New accounts include a 15-day free trial with no card required and no automatic billing. One trial is available per business or WhatsApp number.

WhatsApp Messaging Charges

WhatsApp messaging charges are billed directly by Meta to your WhatsApp Business Account, according to Meta's current pricing rules. Dharix One does not collect or mark up these charges, and they are separate from your Dharix subscription.

Taxes and Invoices

Dharix One is not currently registered for GST and does not charge GST. If this changes, applicable taxes will be shown in your quote before you pay. Your transaction receipt is available in your dashboard, and the detailed invoice is sent separately by email.

Promotional Offers

From time to time we may run limited promotional offers, such as a free or discounted period on a plan, for eligible businesses. Each offer has its own eligibility rules, limits and end date, which we confirm with qualifying businesses before the offer is applied. An offer covers only the plan it names; it does not cover add-ons or Meta's messaging charges, cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so, and has no cash value. We may close an offer to new applicants at any time, but anything already granted to you is honoured for its full period. When a promotional period ends, your plan does not renew automatically.

Payments and Renewal

Payments are one-time checkouts processed securely through our payment gateway, Razorpay. No autopay mandate is created and you are never charged automatically; you renew by making a new payment. Access starts once Dharix confirms your payment.

Price Changes

Prices may change from time to time as described in our Terms & Conditions. A price change applies from a later renewal, with 30 days' notice; it never changes a term you have already paid for.
