Dharix One provides digital software services only. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped.

Service Delivery

When you activate a plan, access to the Dharix One platform is provisioned electronically to your registered account and the email address on file. Access is typically available immediately after successful payment. For plans that include assisted onboarding (for example, WhatsApp Business API setup), initial configuration is completed within a short onboarding window that we communicate to you by email.

Delivery Charges

Because services are delivered electronically, no shipping or delivery charges apply.

Trouble Receiving Access

If you have paid and cannot access your account, email hello@dharix.one and we will resolve it promptly.
